Sponsorship Commitment Form

The attached form is an acknowledgment of commitment to Teton Valley Trails and Pathways (TVTAP) for sponsorship in the WYDAHO Rendezvous: The Teton Valley Mountain Bike Festival to be held on July 22, 23, and 24 in Teton Valley, Idaho.  This commitment enables TVTAP to include the sponsor in promotional materials (posters, website, banners, correspondence, etc.) and to set schedules for specific events involving sponsors.

Sponsorships may include donations of cash and in-kind donations such as product and services.  In-kind donations are based on the monetary value of the donation. 

Please complete this form and return it to TVTAP by May 15, 2011 in order for TVTAP to include your company’s information in promotional materials.  Titanium and Carbon sponsors must make their donations prior to May 15th in order for their logos and company information to be included in printed materials, banners, and posters.  All other sponsors must make their donations by June 25th.
