Promotional Plan

Teton Valley Trails and Pathways (TVTAP) is a 501 c(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to “Promote a Trails and Pathways Connected Community” and has been in existence since 1998.  In the past 12 years we have taken great strides in our community to develop programs and complete projects related to improving  forest service trails and increasing bicycling opportunities throughout Teton Valley .  The Wydaho Rendezvous Teton Valley Mountain Bike Festival  was created by TVTAP to:

• Increase awareness of TVTAP’s mission
• Raise funds for our programs and projects
• Introduce our mountain biking opportunities to people outside of the valley

• Be a fun and exciting community event

TVTAP plans to promote this event through multiple avenues that include:

This site will be continuously updated until the time of the festival.  The site will include festival information, schedule of events, lists and logos of sponsors, and links to other related information.

TVTAP E-Newsletter - “On the Trail”:

This electronic newsletter is sent to approximately 350 email recipients on our email list.  It is used to keep our members and supporters up to date on current issues and events.  This newsletter is sent approximately twice each month (more often in busy seasons).

TVTAP Spring and Fall Newsletters:

This is a direct mailing to our members and supporters approximately 900 recipients.

Festival Posters and Flyers:

Festival posters will be distributed  to businesses throughout Teton Valley, Jackson, and bike shops in the extended region (Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Idaho, Salt Lake City, Boise, southern Utah, western Montana, and Colorado.

Press Releases:

We will send press releases to local and regional newspapers and publications.
