Sponsorship Opportunities

Teton Valley Trails and Pathways (TVTAP) is seeking donors and sponsors for the Wydaho Rendezvous Mountain Bike Festival to be held in Teton Valley, Idaho on July 22, 23, and 24, 2011.  The following outlines sponsorship opportunities, levels, and benefits.  All proceeds from the festival go to TVTAP which is a 501 c(3) tax exempt, non-profit organization who’s mission is to “Promote a Trails and Pathways Connected Community.”

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

The following is a list of sponsorship levels outlining the amount of the donation and the benefits received for each level.  Titanium level sponsors require a minimum cash donation as noted.  All other sponsorship levels may consist of cash or in-kind donations as indicated.

Supporting Donor - Less than $100 donation value (cash or in-kind donation)

• Name included on website donor list and in TVTAP newsletter
• Thank You letter from TVTAP acknowledging donation for tax purposes

Chromoly Sponsor - $100 cash or a minimum of $400 in-kind donation

• All of the above as well as the following:
• Opportunity to place promotional material or product in “swag bag”
• Logo (small) on website sponsor page (no link)
• Name included in sponsor list of festival guide

Aluminum Sponsor - $200 cash or a minimum of $800 in-kind

• All of the above as well as the following:
• Logo (small) on website sponsor page (with link to your website)
• Recognition in approximately 1/3 of all major P.A. announcements at festival events

Carbon Sponsor - $500 cash or a minimum of $2,000 in-kind

• All of the above as well as the following:
• Opportunity to set up a booth at “The Hub”
• Logo on festival T-Shirt
• Opportunity to display sponsor’s banner at “The Hub”
• Logo on website all pages (lower portion)(with link)
• Logo on promotional posters and flyers
• Recognition in approximately 1/2 of all major P.A. announcements at festival events
• Recognition in TVTAP's e-newsletter "On the Trail" from June through July 2010 (4 newsletters)(350 recipients)
• Recognition in TVTAP's Fall 2010 Newsletter (900 recipients)
• Logo at movies (displayed on shared screen)

Titanium Sponsor - $1,000 cash minimum and a minimum of $1,500 in kind

• All of the above as well as the following:
• Logo (large)(upper four) and link on website home page and all other pages
• Logo at movies (displayed on full screen)
• Sponsor profile on website sponsor page
• Logo on main festival banner
• Recognition at all major P.A. announcements at festival events
• V.I.P. lodging discounts and comps
